Peknú sobotu prajem :) Udržovať sa fit nie je také jednoduché, ale dá sa to jednoducho spojiť s príjemným pobytom v prírode. Dnes na nás vykuklo slniečko a tak sme sa vybrali lesnou cestou na Horný Bankov. Snažili sme sa ísť rýchlou chôdzou a udržovať si pulz, tak snáď sa to podarilo :) Tu je zopár fotiek z nášho fit tripu. Ako ste trávili sobotu vy?

Nice Saturday! Staying fit and motivated is not easy(and sometimes very difficult), but we can make it easier by walking in the nature/forest (for example). Today sun was shining so well, that we choose to walk to forest path on Horný Bankov. We were trying to go fast walking to maintain a good heart pulse , so hopefully we succeeded :) Here are some pictures from our fit trip fit. How was your Saturday?

What I wear

Tieto športové legíny z sú neskutočné! neviem si ich vynachváliť, nosím ich takmer všade. Či už je to posilka ( keď posilujem alebo bežím na páse), vonku na behanie alebo pri cvičení doma pri youtube videách. Sú z rýchloschnúcej funkčnej látky so širokým elastickým pásom a skrytým vreckom na kľúč v páse. Stáli okolo 25 eur.

These sports leggins (or yoga pants) from H&M are amazing! I wear it to the gym (when I am lifting some weights), outside for running (in forest) or workin´ out in home ( while wacthing some workout youtube videos). They are made from fast drying functional fabric and have wide elastics waist (for strengthening the abs) and hidden key pocket. The cost someting about 25 euros.

Botasky Nike Kaishi run boli tiež jednou z najlepších kúp. Mám ich asi od apríla a nosím ich takmer každý deň. Vždy keď viem, že ma čaká zdĺhavé vybavovanie v meste, nákupy, túra alebo šport (alebo len tak k ležérnemu lenivému outfitu) neodídem bez nich z domu. Hodia sa nielen k športovým legínam ale aj k sivej sukni a koženej bunde. Stáli okolo 70 eur.

Nike sneakers Kaishi run was also one of the best buy. I have them since April and I wear them almost every day . Whenever I know that I ahve some running errands, do some shopping, hiking or sports (or with tired saturday outfit) I'm not leaving the house without them. They are suitable not only for sports but also with grey skirt and leather jacket. Still around 70 euros. I reccomended!
